We are a lottery funded pre-k program.
Our Mission
“We strive to provide an innovative program in a safe environment that respects the child, promotes the family, builds self-confidence, and encourages learning through fun activities and exploration.”
Our Goal
Our goal at The Gingerbread House is to give your child everything they need to succeed. It is our goal to work with you to provide your child the best learning experience possible.
Our Philosophy
At The Gingerbread House we have a “Whole-Child” Philosophy. By teaching the whole-child through social interaction, play, family involvement, and opportunities to experiment and explore, children receive the best learning experience possible.
Our Teachers
The Gingerbread House teachers are loving, caring professionals who have each child’s best interests at heart. A learning environment is important, but more important is that each child feels safe, loved, respected and important. Before employment at The Gingerbread House Teachers must submit a background check and complete our Orientation Training. After employment each Teacher completes ongoing training with the ChildCare Education Institute in the field of Early Childhood Development.
